Uses of the Inca Inchi

The seeds of the Inca Inchi have an industrial use for the production of oils, cakes and flour protein, these products are of high quality for human consumption in the food, cosmetics, medicine.

The Inca Inchi plant has many uses by the native inhabitants of the Amazon, traditionally, almonds Inca Inchi was roasted and with them flour is produced. By simple pressure consumable oil is produced. They can also be cooked in the preparation of various dishes and drinks typical among marginalized urban population and rural Peruvian jungle.
